Introduction

The "Chapter 103" app, also known as "AZAN - Islamic Prayer Time," is a non-commercial and free application available on the App Store. It serves as a comprehensive tool for Muslims, providing accurate prayer times and Qiblah direction. The app offers features for studying the Quran, including word-by-word translation, pronunciation, audio playback speed control, and Ibn Katheer’s Quran Notes in multiple languages (English / Arabic / Chinese). Additionally, it includes prayer statistics, the Islamic calendar, mosque information with geographic details. With over one million users since its initial release, ongoing improvements are planned to enhance user experience.

Features

1. Prayer time and Qiblah function: The app calculates local prayer times based on the user's exact location and accurately indicates the direction to Mecca. It supports displaying prayer times without a network connection (GPS) and allows users to set personalized prayer alarms based on their current location.
2. Moon phase function: Provides real-time moon phase information to help users determine the moon phase at their location, especially useful during adverse weather conditions. It also displays local fasting times during the fasting month each year.
